Danlin Industries Corporation started in 1990 as a “soap stick” company. This was our only product to sell, so we developed some innovative techniques and ideas. The system we developed has many advantages to save you money, while offering the highest quality of service and knowledge in our industry. We call our system the Danlin Advantage.

• Advantage #3 – We will foam test your produced fluids to determine the type of “soap stick” that will perform best to lift the fluids out of your well. This will lower the hydrostatic pressure on the well and allow more gas to be produced by the well.
• Advantage #4 – Since we are the manufacturer, we can make specialty sticks to fit an individual well if it is necessitated. The type of “special soap stick” will be determined through information provided by you and our foam testing of the produced fluids.
• Advantage #5 – We can manufacturer soap sticks in a multitude of diameters from ¾” to 1 5/8” to make it possible to be introduced down almost every size of tubing.

Danlin Industries Corporation Flo-Sticks are water-soluble sticks containing a combination of Foamers and surfactants. The natural gas bubbling up through the column of water and surfactants produces a foam bubble. The foam bubble is gas encased in a water membrane. These foam bubbles are lifted out of the well bore by the gas being produced, helping to remove the water from the gas well thus reducing the hydrostatic head pressure in the well, which enables the well generally to produce more gas.

Danlin Flo-sticks were initially made to remove water from gas wells and to increase gas production. Danlin Industries Corp. also manufactures combination sticks for wells that produce both water and condensate.

Danlin Flo-sticks are often used by wire-line and swab units to increase efficiency and life of swab cups. The use of Flo-sticks has been known to reduce the number of swab runs nominally required, while reducing the wear and tear on the swab cups and extending the life and efficiency of the cups.

Danlin Flo-sticks are used in the drilling of new oil and gas wells. Sticks dropped down the pipe drill string helps to prevent bit balling. This extends the life of the drill bit and reduces the frequency of changing drill bits. The foamer adds to the viscosity of the drilling mud there by enabling the mud to carry out more cuttings.

Danlin Flo-Sticks are used in injection wells to help reduce injection pressure. Flo-Stick Foamer Sticks are often used in combination with Flo-Stick Acid Sticks in injection wells to help remove the oil coating on carbonate and iron scales, so the acid stick will be more effective, and it will also reduce the surface tension of water allowing it to be injected with less pressure.
